Se remitió el expediente de tutela al Juzgado Primero Civil Municipal de Ibagué para que adelante la correspondiente actuación judicial.
La Corte explicó que a pesar de que el accionante presenta la acción ante los jueces laborales, en respeto de las normas del Decreto 1382 de 2000 el presente asunto no puede ser conocido por jueces de naturaleza laboral, puesto que no existe tal especialidad en el nivel municipal.
